All of the team at BFES including engineers, designers and project managers are employed
personnel and not sub-contractors.

BFES provides an in-house dedicated Account Manager to oversee all projects. All of our
Account Managers have had first hand experience in the catering industry either working
in commercial kitchens or in catering sales and therefore understand what is required to
maintain a smooth running kitchen.

The Reactive Emergency Service Support Team is headed up by its experienced Service Manager
who has over nine years experience and worked on projects such as Winchester University,
South Downs College and Warner Holidays.

All design and specifications for any refurbishments or new builds are taken care of by
our project and Design Manager who has designed projects such as the National Film and
Television School and 8 Kings Road Restaurant.
