A leading south coast commercial engineering company has successfully completed a prestigious project at the UK’s centre of excellence for film and television programme making.

B F Engineering Services was part of the team working on the new build project for the National Film and Television School in Buckinghamshire.

The new £7.5 million building includes teaching spaces, library, 150 seat cinema and dinning and kitchen facilities.

The servery was fitted with an automated display unit to improve the efficiency of the area. The kitchen, which caters for 200 students with a continuous flow throughout the day, was fitted with a bespoke stainless steel fabrication and included Blue Seal and Foster products.

“Our extensive experience in the education sector meant we were able to put our expertise into practice to provide the National Film and Television School with the exact facilities it required,” he said.

Work to install the servery, kitchen and bar in the new site was completed by B F Engineering Services at the end of December.

Eamon Sullivan, Finance Director at the National Film and Television School said, “The new installations were completed on time and look fantastic. We are confident that they will meet the requirements of both students and staff at the school for many years to come.”
