A commercial catering company from Havant has supplied a top London hotel with an innovative dishwasher from one of the world’s leading manufacturers of professional dishwashing equipment.

B F Engineering Services, the UK’s exclusive supplier of Wexiodisk equipment, has installed the WD90GR Granule Potwash Machine in The Dorchester, which has the largest kitchens in London.

The kitchens in the Mayfair hotel are overseen by Executive Chef Henri Brosi and are the first in the country to specify this Wexiodisk machine, which will be used to clean The Dorchester’s bakery equipment.
