BFES is able to offer an inclusive dishwasher maintenance and supplies package.

BFES can oversee the maintenance and monitoring of all dishwashers, as well as reviewing the current settings of each dishwasher to ensure that only the correct and necessary amount of detergent and rinse aid is being used. This does not reduce the wash quality and in many cases enhances the finish. BFES can supply all the required detergent and rinse aid and provide ongoing support and maintenance for the dishwashers as part of the package.

Ensuring only the correct amount of detergent is used is kinder to the environment and also saves money.

Boswells Coffee Chain trialled this opportunity in 2008 and achieved a saving of over 20% on the purchase of supplies on top of having the dishwashers maintained free of charge. This is now being rolled out to all 20 of the outlets across the south coast.
