BFES provides a dedicated emergency phone line that is manned 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Faults can also be reported via fax or email.
We recognise how vitally important it is to businesses to have fully functioning kitchens at all times. We have a close working relationship with our equipment suppliers and therefore hold many common spare parts in stock. Our key target is to fix the problem on our first visit and keep any down time to an absolute minimum.
However, our emergency breakdown service is not just about a ‘quick fix’. Many breakdowns are just symptoms of an underlying problem, that unless detected, will keep occurring causing further costs and inconvenient down time. At BFES we do not just fix the fault, our aim is to establish the root cause of why the fault has occured and make all the necessary repairs.
